WARRANTY
This warranty covers product failure under normal use, as a result of defects in materials or construction of the vessel. TOP LINE will repair or replace the necessary parts during the warranty period.
The buyer is responsible for transporting the defective product to the nearest dealer or the yard of TOP LINE. TOP LINE may, at its discretion, require inspection or repair to be run at another suitable site.
Please note that your boat is a sophisticated and complex product with complex components that may be affected by many factors during use.
This warranty in no way reduces the obligation of the purchaser to ensure that all operational procedures, as stated in the product manual, and have taken all necessary precautions to prevent damage to the product.
IMPORTANT!
The guarantee is an offer between the customer and TOP LINE. Therefore, the customer must accept the terms and conditions of this offer to be valid.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
NOTE! The list is not exhaustive and, therefore, not limited to these points
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by careless use.
• Damage caused by improper fuel or water imported to fuel system.
• Damage caused by collision with objects above or below the surface waters.
* Damage caused by the use of horsepower than Advisable range.
• Damage caused by modifications to the vessel or equipment from third parties.
• Damage caused by lack of routine maintenance.
• The inappropriate use or neglect.
The warranty does not apply to:
• Cosmetic damage / wear
• Ruined parts
• because of the damage occurring after an incident
• Damage to equipment not supplied by TOP LINE
Specific details of warranty against defects in material or workmanship.
Note! Conditions of exceptions and examples are included to help the buyer understand warranty conditions. Exclusions and conditions may exist under the general terms and conditions, where it can reasonably be regarded by common sense.
1. Hull and aid
Duration: 10 years.
Applies to the main layers of the shell of the hull and the longitudinal and lateral support.
Prerequisite: The vessel must be within the limits of use of the speed / wave height and not for use in extreme weather events and competitions.
Exception: Cracks in the surface color.
2. Decks, console, seats and lids.
Duration: 5 years.
Valid for strength, fit and finish of the original.
Prerequisite: The vessel must be within the limits of use of the speed / wave height and not for use in extreme weather events and competitions.
Exception: Breaking and cracking the surface of the paint from falling objects free from excessive and non-constant loads
Hinges, Katavati, slide, stairs, doors, fittings, and electric pumps have 2-year warranty.
3. Tube.
Duration: 5 years.
Construction defects in material Hypalon, unions and valves.
Prerequisite: The tubes should not exceed the maximum allowable pressure and excessive use of chemicals must not be made.
Exception: Not valid for the color fading or damage caused by external factors.
4. The tanks and fuel system.
Duration: 2 years with conditions extending to 5 years.
It doesn’t include the filter and rubber hoses. The "Network" means the tanks hold up to the engine.
Prerequisite: Proper use of fuels, regular inspection of the water trap and evacuation by water and particles.
5. Electrical installation.
Duration: 5 years.
Wiring.
Prerequisite: the system should not be exposed to high voltage, water and no more interferance.
Exception: Does not include light bulbs, fuses, batteries and equipment that is not installed by TOP LINE or its dealer.
6. Main engines.
Please refer to terms and conditions of the engine manufacturer
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
In any case, the TOP LINE is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, save, launch, towing, storage, release fees, insurance premiums, transportation cost, telephone charges and mileage reimbursement. The limitations of this Warranty shall apply regardless of whether the claims are based on; Breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or any other cause of action, legal or otherwise. Any legal action arising under the warranty must be commenced within (1) year after the alleged cause of action happening,so that this claim will be deemed at the proper time. Limitations in this section shall not apply where they are prohibited by law.
CHANGES IN WARRANTY
Besides changes in warranty expressly agreed by both parties in writing, this Limited Warranty is the only warranty applicable to the agreement between the parties / offered by TOP LINE to the buyer. This warranty replaces any previous agreement, written or oral, and all other communications between the parties in connection with a warranty. No natural or legal person is authorized to provide guarantees or assume any responsibility, orally or in writing, or on behalf of TOP LINE.
