INFUSION TECHNOLOGY We are the first Greek company that applied the method to produce Infusion inflatable boats.

Once again, our company pioneered by great step to apply the modern method of construction of reinforced composite parts of the hull and deck, Vacuum Infusion Technology.Proving sucha  lime passion to build the most quality craft production.
The advantages of this method compared to classical handmade (hand lay-up) are the best ialoufasmaton impregnation of the resin made in a vacuum.
So we change the ratio of reinforcement with more fiber and less resin lessening excess the gimped weight thus increasing the mechanical properties and durability of the GRP. Offering the most advanced manufacturing inflatable boat that requires less horsepower, has a low consumption, low weight and even greater resistance.

Steps

Principles of steps - Advantages and disadvantages of a stepped hull compared to a conventional Deep - V
The steps are terraces (steps) in the transverse axis of the vessel. Historically, the step which is fairly an old idea, have emerged as early adopters over 60 years ago. The basic operating principle is the quantity of trapped air, thereby reducing the friction of the hull to the sea and reducing friction caused by the wetted parts of the hull - the step reduces the wetted but increases the waterline when the boat is cruising speed Beyond that, each vessel has its own design philosophy and the use and purpose of existence of the steps may be varied as appropriate. With proper design, construction and installation on a vessel, we have generally the following advantages:

  • Highest performance with the same engines, so fewer consumption
  •  Ability to use lower horsepower motors
  • Straight navigation without rising of the bow is a particularly important feature for our seas with strong waves (winds)
  • Smooth depreciation and comfortable, more 'gentle' ride

The steps are difficult to apply in a short craft, partly because of they are built in the center of gravity of the vessel and in small boats can easily be changed significantly due to loads, resulting in low efficiency. In general, drawbacks of step can be considered as follows:

  • complex design and construction
  • Higher costs of research and development
  • A sufficient length of hull
